Quality Management
The company is equipped with a quality management system̀ which includes:
- written operating procedures and instructions;
- internal inspection verification methods;
- non-compliance management̀;;
- sampling and analysis methods;
- supplier qualification methods;
- methods of good hygiene practice;
- methods of control and acceptance or rejection of materials;
- registration procedures on specific forms.
Quality control in the company is coordinated by a graduate in Biology and enrolled in the related order. A chemical, physical and microbiological analysis plan is drawn up annually to carry out environmental controls, on raw materials and on the finished product. These analyzes are entrusted to a laboratory external to ensure its objectivity.
Finally, with regard to GMOs, reference is made to EC Regulations n.n. 1829 and 1830 of 22-9-2003. THE products are made in factories that follow ministerial directives with authorization from suitability for production. The production plants comply with the GOOD PRACTICE PROCEDURES OF MANUFACTURE (GMP) according to the rules of the "Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Volume 2, part 111, of 01 April 2015".
Quality controls
The following checks are carried out on all products in each production batch:
- Absence of Gluten
- Absence of Contaminations
- Heavy metal analysis
